Do you take insurance?
I operate as a "cash-pay" or out-of-network provider. This allows me to provide one-on-one, hour-long sessions without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. This model ensures you get my undivided attention and a treatment plan based solely on your needs.
I accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA. Upon request, I can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
In Colorado, you have Direct Access to physical therapy. This means you can see me for an evaluation and treatment right away without needing a referral from a physician first. If we find that your condition requires imaging or a different specialist, I will refer you to the right person.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book online, call, text, or e-mail me directly. Booking online allows you to see the full schedule and provides the most flexibility.
I offer 1 hour long Initial Assessments with treatment that may include dry needling, cupping and sports massage. These sessions are followed up with hour long performance and recovery sessions. You can find these options on the online booking page found at the booking links across this site. Also available - free 30-minute consultations booked with me directly.
Do I need to complete paperwork?
Yes. To maximize our time on the treatment table or the gym floor, I will send you a link to complete your intake paperwork online before your first visit. For walk-ins or community events, we can handle the paperwork on-site before your session.
What can I expect during my first session?
We start with your story. I spend a full hour with you to deep-dive into your symptoms, assess your movement patterns, and understand your athletic goals. Together, we’ll develop a customized plan that bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Please wear athletic clothing—whatever you would normally wear to a workout or a lifting session. If we are doing a Movement Assessment or Dry Needling, clothes that allow for easy movement (like shorts and a T-shirt) are best.
My goal is almost never to stop you from training. We might 'modify' your movements or adjust your intensity, but we want to keep you active while we fix the root cause. I believe that rehab is training, and we will work together to keep you in the gym safely.
Everybody is different, but because we spend a full hour of 1:1 time together, many patients see significant improvement in 4–6 sessions. My goal is to give you the tools to manage in the long-term.
